The Courage to Care for and Nurture Self: Health & Wellness Practices

How we see our bodies has a lot to do with how loving we are towards them. Learning to love everything about ourselves is a foundational step in nurturing ourselves with self-acceptance. We can strive to improve our health and fitness without having negative feelings about ourselves, our bodies, or our characteristics. We must find loving words, actions, and feelings about who we are, inside and out. Practicing mindfulness can help us in this journey.
