Girls Who Code- Coding Clubs

My Sister’s Keeper Success Institute has become a Community Partner of Girls Who Code (GWC), an international non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology.

Girls Who Code partners with MSKSI to run Coding Clubs during the academic year teaching junior high and high school girls computing skills like programming, robotics, and web design, with sessions including projects and trips to tech companies.

Coding Club Alumni also get an opportunity to apply with priority for 7- week Summer Immersion Camps at no cost.
GWC’s college-aged alumni are majoring in Computer Science and related fields at a rate
15X higher than the national average.

GWC’s outreach to historically underrepresented groups - particularly girls who are Black, Latina, and from low-income households - is paying off too. Black and Latina alumni are majoring in these fields at a rate 16X the national average.

Enroll your girls to join our sisterhood of supportive peers and role models and use computer science to change the world.
